Refund Policy
BeatBidding operates on a final-sale baseline for digital goods while preserving room to step in when something has actually gone wrong.
Final-sale baseline
Because BeatBidding is built around premium digital assets and exclusive rights transfers, the default policy is that completed purchases are final sale.
Exceptions BeatBidding may honor
BeatBidding may review and grant refunds, credits, replacements, or other remedies where there is proven fraud, duplicate sale of an exclusive asset, material misrepresentation, non-delivery, unusable or corrupted files, or a clear unauthorized listing.
What usually does not qualify
Buyer remorse, creative preference changes, changed project plans, failure to read the listing terms, or disappointment with a properly described digital asset normally should not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks
Users should contact BeatBidding support before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restrictions, evidence submission to payment processors, and loss of platform access.
Seller impact
If a refund or reversal is caused by seller misrepresentation, rights failure, non-delivery, or comparable seller-side fault, BeatBidding may recover the related amounts and fees from seller payouts or reserves.
Operational notes
BeatBidding may publish additional support channels, claim windows, evidence requirements, turnaround targets, and jurisdiction-specific consumer protections alongside this policy where required.
