BeatBidding is meant to feel premium and trustworthy. This policy exists so the platform can move fast without becoming a fraud magnet.
- No fraud, shill bidding, collusion, fake listings, or deceptive transaction behavior.
- No uploading or selling assets you do not own or control, including uncleared third-party content presented as your own.
- No malware, harmful files, credential theft, scraping beyond permitted use, bot abuse, or attempts to bypass platform security.
- No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam, or abusive use of messaging, support, or community features.
- No attempts to evade fees, reverse completed platform actions, manipulate rankings, or circumvent payout and verification controls.
- No unlawful content or use that would expose BeatBidding, its users, or payment providers to unreasonable legal, financial, or reputational risk.
BeatBidding may investigate suspected violations, remove listings, freeze payouts, suspend access, report unlawful conduct where required, and take other protective action as reasonably necessary.
This policy works alongside the Terms of Service, seller review process, moderation standards, and payment-platform requirements.
